20201016 - Purchased Volquartsen Carbon Fiber Barrel for S&W Victory 1014. 
Zeroed and group tested.  Does not particularly like Wolf 40g Match Target.  
Likes CCI 0953 (CCI AR Tactical Rimfire 1200 fps, 40gn Plated RN - 375/box - discontinued Midway was $21.99 $0.059/ea).
With CCI 0953 using Weaver red dot, fired 10 shots into 5/8" ragged hole @ 20 yds sandbag rested over the hood of the Hummer.
Approximately 200 shots fired.  Mixed between Wolf and CCI.

This barrel survey was conducted 20201016 after cleaning the barrel.
Prior to cleaning, there was very little leading.
Prior to firing the barrel was mirror bright and had sharp features, but didn't run a survey (drat!)

The 'issue' S&W SS barrel shows very rough machining marks down both the lands and grooves, and some of the rifling appears 
in the chamber wall at 3 O'Clock (near the extractor cutout).  Talked the problem over with Cliff's Guns, decided that most 
satisfactory route would be to contact S&W direct, see if I can send the barrel alone (not a firearm) for them to inspect/test 
and hopefully replace.  

The Voltquartsen barrel ($225.00) is to 'keep me shooting' while I get the original fixed.  
Yeah.  I LIKE the Volquartsen and will probably keep it on the Victory indefinately.
